Hello everyone, I can't believe this. Still, the excitement I have been talking aboutin the past few weeks is continuing. John and I have joined a 10-week programmeat QUT run by the Sport's Physiologist Department.
We commencedon Thursday. It is a programme run bythe 4th year students and supervised by their lecturers. Away we went on Thursday, all geared out in our new training gear. New shoes, new clothes – we have to look the part, don't we girls. Actually, it was a necessity after going for our initial appointment and looking in those mirrors at the gym. They tell the story. We were surprised when we walked through the door, and the first person we saw was one of our most valued colleagues inNutrimetics. She was just finishing her programme, and she was also shocked to see us walking into commence.
But into the session, we commenced. We both had individual mentors. I am sure my lady was having a bad day. Wow, some of the exercises were, to say the least, testing. But yes, I did enjoy the challenge and looking forward to week two. Of course, John breezed through, and I amstill hearing about it. I tell him his mentor was too soft on him.
John says,so this is the new highlight in Annette’s Nutri Clinic. I just love being healthy and following healthy guidelines. It drives John crazy, and he leaves the house when it is time to make and bottle the Kombucha or make a new batch of yoghurt, kefir milk or turmeric paste. Mind you, he enjoys his Kombucha drink occasionally. I have not caught him at the yoghurt pot, though. While I am in the kitchen, I need space, and John has taken time to realise this but now knows it is time to go. However, he is happy to do the shopping for the ingredients I need.
Our health is so important. It is not only what we put into our body but what we use to maintain a healthy environment around us. That is a major reason why I love Nutrimetics. What is the best word to describe Hevi Clean? Remarkable, I believe. John uses it on all his household cleaning duties, the shower recess, the floors, the toilets, and yes, I use it as a soaker. We have a client who even uses it on his sails over his deck to protect it from mildew. He swears by this remarkable product and always tells us when ordering he tried many productsbefore finding Hevi Clean.

I could not finish this week's blog without keeping our garden lovers up to date, so I have attached a photo of today's rose pick. The bushes are still being kind to us and producing some beautiful buds for us to enjoy.
We are off to Toowoomba tomorrow to see Mum, who we have now realised have to take one day at a time. She is frail and sleeping alot, and the family in Toowoomba can go for almost a week without catching her awake. So appreciate all the kind and caring messages – thank you.
