John often talks about what he has liked most in our time with Nutrimetics. Guess what it is?
It is the Rewards and Recognition. "What I love most is that the Rewards and Recognition are there for everyone. Everyone gets the same special treatment and reward – income, lifestyle, cars, holidays, watches, diamonds, jewellery etc. It is achievable for everyone.” Says John.
I always remember him saying that one of the things that he liked most was that the goal post never changes. Once the incentive is set, the goal post is fixed, and everyone knows the game plan.
That was something that sold him on being part of Nutrimetics. Like most partners, there is a little bit of hesitation, but once we girls start showing them what we have earned and achieved, they all become 'believers'. There are no limits. Whatever you want from Nutrimetics, you can achieve.
I have to agree with John as I reflect on how many of the team have achieved their international holidays, their cars and of course on the way to those major rewards they pick up their Tiffany $1000 jewellery voucher and their Michael Kors watches.
In fact, we have just had the exciting celebration of a replacement Car presentation in the team this month. Congratulations to Kristie See who drove home in a brand new Hyundai 130. Kristie also achieved a brand new diamond ring along the way in an exciting new rewards programme the company is running.
To achieve your first company car is so exciting and it takes commitment, focus, determination and leadership to continue on year after year having your car replaced. The most exciting thing about the new company cars is that there is no service cost, no registration and no insurance, which is a massive saving for the average household today.

It has been a wonderfully rewarding month for the team. There was lots of recognition. Dianne French was No 1 in Group Sales in Qld for Group Leaders with Karen Schaumburg running a close second. Janet Kan came third in the Group Sponsoring for Group Leaders. Leading the way in the Senior Group Leaders was Tina Kelly, and Debbie West was a whisker away in second place. For sponsoring Debbie again finished second while Renee West put her best foot forward to nab third place.
These placing are for the state of Queensland so well done ladies you are all right up there leading the way. So love seeing you all rewarded for your consistent efforts. Really the excitement never dies. John spent the morning picking our seats for the trip to Croatia. That is something he really loves doing, but I must say I am always looking over his shoulder to ensure I like his selections. He received a pass mark today. We can’t wait for the tickets and the itinerary to arrive.
I have to tell you about the brand new reward that was released in conjunction with our new Iryna range on Thursday night. For every pack of Iryna sold, the consultant will be given a ticket in the draw for a trip for two to the famous music festival Coachella in California, America. So the more you sell, the more chances you have of winning.
But wait there is more. The prize is repeated for every client who purchases an Iryna programme. A ticket in the draw for two people to attend Coachella all expenses paid. Each prize is valued at $10,000 so why wouldn’t you at least experience Iryna with this excellent bonus attached.
While all the above are the tangible rewards for me, the thing that I have received most out of our years with the company has been the intangible rewards, my personal growth and the friendships. To sit on a plane beside someone who has never been on a plane and jet off to the other side of the world – no amount of money will ever buy the happiness and love you feel in your heart knowing that in some small way you have walked the journey together. “It is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.” Antoine de Saint-Exupery.
I was so excited today to introduce our very first consultant to join the 'glow fam’ #glowyourownway, Rebecca Kruckow who was sponsored by her mum Kathy Kruckow who has been a loyal Nutrimetics customer for many, many years. What a gorgeous story, Mum with Nutrimetics and now her Millennial daughter our very first Iryna consultant. This is undoubtedly a real milestone for John and I, and we are so appreciative to the company for introducing this new sister range to accommodate all our young Millennials.
