Hello everyone and how quickly we are moving through January.
Well, what a Summer we are having! I have been around for a "Little While", and I don't think I have known a summer to be so disastrous.
Drought and Bush Fires head our severities, but even the heat has to be added to those two, I have never known it to be so hot for so long without some relief. There have been many days where I have said: "I don't want to go outside today". This is not like me. While I love the office, I also love the garden. So being locked up all day is not my cup of tea.
The sun is really asking questions of us? One is how does your skin hold up in temperatures like we are having? We certainly need Daily Defence SPF Protection when we do venture outside and Aftercare if we have had any time in the sun. I remember, as a teenager, how I loved sunbathing. I was naughty. I would lie on the beach for hours. Yes, there was the Coconut Oil sunscreen, and we would lather ourselves up and just lap up the sun. We would go home mighty sore and have nothing to soothe the pain or rejuvenate our skin.
How things have changed.
Thankfully we now have Skin Care with SPF for our daily use. When we do venture out, we have lovely Sun Products to protect us, and after time in the sun, we have our beautiful products that return the moisture to our skin along with soothing any soreness that may have arisen from our exposure. We are both daily users of Ultra Care Smart Shield SPF50 and Ultra Care Aqua Boost and of course, the Sunscreen when in the sun and we find Sun Days after Sun very soothing as aftercare treatment. So would love to suggest that you protect yourself. Our sun can be so damaging. Remember we burn in the shade also so don't take chances. When venturing out protect yourself by applying plenty of Sunscreen. It is a great idea to pick the best time to venture out.
Peak times are not wise and if you do have a fair complexion, look for some shade or wear some protective clothing. It is always good to remember to add the hats and sunnies to help with protection.
Summer is a wonderful time of the year. Yes, this one has had its challenges, but for you, on a personal level, there is protection available.
