Would love to commence with our October message from Adele Basheer – Courage

I know I have been talking about how excited I have been in the past week with Anniversary and Birthday Celebrations, but I have to tell you I was over the moon with the company announcing Hayman Island as the destination for Seminar in 2021.

Hayman Island has a special place in our hearts. Back in 2001, John and I were named King and Queen of Seminar. As a Team, we were at the top of the tree, and it all happened on Hayman Island. That year Seminar was set down to be in Hawaii, but with the Twin Towers in New York being destroyed by planes crashing into them Nutrimetics wisely decided to cancel overseas travel and chose Hayman Island as the alternative.

It is a tremendous venue - the Inter-Continental luxury hotel, glorious water, wonderful trips to the Barrier Reef or if you wish a place to simply relax by the amazing pool. I would love to recommend it to all of you. Please come and join us. How much fun will it be to be able to sit around the pool and enjoy a cocktail together?

One memory I must tell you about, a Black Tie dinner out on a coral reef. We were shipped out to the reef to find this amazing Silver Service dinner on the reef. We enjoyed a spectacular dinner and plenty of celebrations before we were told the tide is turning and it was time to go. The water was lapping the reef as we and some of the other guests were climbing onto the boats. Not sure to this day how the staff managed to get the tables, cutleries etc off the reef with the water rising rapidly.

October is a great month for you and all of us associated with Nutrimetics. For us, it is the beginning of seminar qualification, but more importantly, for you, it is the beginning of Xmas. Our Christmas brochure will be out on the 16^th of October, and you will have it soon after. We all love Xmas, and you will see when your brochure arrives, it is an excellent opportunity to shop early.

Nutrimetics Xmas is bringing you skincare sets, party colour, home gifts and body care sets and I can guarantee there will be the all-important stocking fillers. I know you will be looking forward to your Xmas brochure arriving. Please contact me with your requests or questions that you may have. All the special Xmas products will also be available on our website.

In closing, I would love to promote to you two special days Nutrimetics is supporting. The first is Mental Health Day on October 10^th, and the second is Global Handwashing Day on October 15^th.

There is no doubt we have friends, relations or simply people we know, who have not handled the virus lockdown. What Nutrimetics and John and I are doing is suggesting to everyone that we seek out these people and offer them help on this special day and beyond. Think about it. The elderly living alone or anyone living alone, it has not been easy for them in our lockdown situations. If I can help by offering a free product or present, please let me know. Let’s all support this important day.

Global handwashing Day is our chance to get rid of this deadly virus. Here in Australia, we have done particularly well. However, we cannot afford to be complacent. It can erupt at any time so let’s do the hygiene thing promoting washing our hands – with OLC of course – and if you consider masks are necessary, let’s wear them. We can eradicate this virus if we all pull in the same direction.
