Hello everyone, and welcome to our last 'blog' for April. Today I would love you to picture yourself holding a cup of coffee. Now somebody bumps into you, and you spill your coffee everywhere. Why did you spill the coffee?
"Well, someone bumped into me, didn't they."
Wrong answer. You spilled your coffee because there was coffee in the cup. Had it been tea in your cup, you would have spilled tea. Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out? Therefore when life comes along and shakes you (which will happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It is easy to fake it until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves, what’s in my cup?
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratefulness, peace and Humility or Anger, Bitterness, harsh words and reactions. You choose.
Today let’s look towards filling our cups with Gratitude, Forgiveness, Joy, Words of affirmation and kindness, Gentleness and Love for others.
What a wonderful world we would have. Let’s spread the word. Share with your friends. In fact, send it to everyone you know. This is the beginning of something special. Remember you choose.
