And what a special week this has turned out to be. On Saturday, we are celebrating "Get to know your Customer Day." We would love to hear from all of you. Contact us by phone, email, and social media or simply send a text. We love hearing from all of you. We feel very blessed that so many of you have been with us since Day one, while some of you only joined our client list last week. We are glad to be able to say thank you and acknowledge each of you on this very special day to show our appreciation and gratitude.
We have loved having the privilege of servicing you and will continue to do so. You have been a very special part of our lives as well as our business. Many of you have been on the Nutrimetics journey with us. We are proud to have you onboard still. Our aim in customer servicing is to build up the friendship and relationships, and I am sure many of you will agree we have accomplished that. When I hear John on the phone talking to you, I know that the relationship is there. He is very good at remembering things that happened way back – when we were in Toowoomba –, and I know you love hearing the stories as much as he does.
Our aim over the years – and there has been many of them – is to provide you with the outstanding Nutrimetics products at the best possible prices which I know you have appreciated and enjoyed.

However, it is time to re-stock, and if you need something, now is the time to purchase. Remember the "Get to know your Customer" is from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday 16th January only. We will be manning the phones and other contact measures for the entire day. So this is your big chance for being so loyal.
Moving forward, we will continue to offer our monthly specials and bonus gift rewards, and I know many of you love choosing that extra bonus gift to try additional products.
Saturday is about acknowledging relationships. The razz- a- m- tazz is all about you. I know when I was training John to join me in the business, it was a little difficult for him to understand how important you all are to us. Finally, he had the message, and now I love hearing him on the phone or texting back to someone who is placing an order or asking a question. He has also built up a strong relationship with the girls at Customer Service at Nutrimetics. So please feel free to talk to John if you have any questions with your purchases. I know he will sort everything out for you.
I think I mentioned last week that when I commenced in the business, my background was working in the bank, so I had very little knowledge of skincare or cosmetics which was never a concern. I have always seen myself in the business of service and not in sales. My focus has always been to ensure that our customers received the best service and their products at the best possible prices. I would love to think that we have been able to accomplish this to the best of our ability.
So in closing this week I reflect on my favourite quote from Maya Angelou – "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
We look forward to celebrating and thanking each of you with our very first “Get to know your Customer Day” on Saturday so we can show our appreciation and gratitude to each of you.
