Hello Everyone
Well, what a beautiful day. The weather is simply fantastic at the moment.
I have just arrived home from a simply glorious morning on the Gold Coast personally delivering orders. Love to be able to do personal deliveries. John has been telling me about the magnificent roses one of our clients has at Monterey Keys, so I invited myself along this morning to have a look-see.
He was right on the money and Jan our valued client just loved showing us and giving me the names of each of the roses. I can only hope mine reach this standard. It was so nice to meet Jan personally and put a face to the voice on all our phone calls.
From Monterey Keys, it was onto Tallebudgera to say hello to a long-time client. Whenever OLC is on special, we know we will get a call from Tallebudgera. John loves this house. A corrugated iron structure set, so it has views all over the Tallebudgera Valley. I have to agree it is a beautiful bushland setting.
I think I spoke about Customer Relationships last week or maybe the week before and how important it is to any business. So today was important. It is fantastic our business, Nutrimetics gives us the flexibility to in fact get out and to meet our special clients combining business with personal pleasure. Customers are the lifeblood of our business. We are so proud to have people who have been with us since Day one. Customers consolidate the strong foundation you build when you are growing your team. I often refer to them as the icing on the cake, and how sweet is the icing. These people are so loyal. Loyal to the products they love using, and loyal to you because you service them so well.
One of the best compliments our customers can give us is the referral of a client or friend.
I don't always go with John on deliveries. Still, after enjoying myself so much last week when we delivered to Wamuran and being treated to lunch and a visit to the Rose nursery, I think I will be the one offering directions more often. This morning was another lovely treat, and of course, we managed to fit in a yummy morning tea in the Tallebudgera Valley. A special little café we have visited many times over the years.
In fact, each time I go there, it brings back memories of how we used to go to the stretching classes with a young South American, Pablo, who lived in the area. Pablo had his garage set up for exercise, and he knew how to find the soft points. Fond memories of an early start from Brisbane to Pablo's and then onto a massage followed by our visit to our special little café in Tallebudgera village for breakfast.
As we move from personal time to business time, would love to remind everyone there is still time for you to register to join us for the Nutrimetics Xmas launch. A virtual launch this year but I can assure you Nutrimetics have gone the extra mile to ensure all your clients and yourselves are fabulously catered for.
Contact me for the link if you would love to join us, and I can give you further information. Everyone is welcome to participate in the fun of the night. Some of our Managers will be inviting clients and friends to their homes for a special night of celebration.
There are lots of good things coming your way, so keep an eye on all our communication. Remember if you are not a member of our Facebook page we would love to extend you an invitation where you will be kept even more up to date daily of all that is happening in our team and in the company.
It is starting to cool down as I complete this blog, and I am looking forward to going out to spend some time in the garden this afternoon. I trust that each of you are also able to spend time doing the things you love each day and especially over the weekend.
We send love and blessings from our home to your home, and we look forward to being in touch next week, and we thank so many of you for your lovely comments and feedback on receiving our weekly blogs.
With appreciation and gratitude
Annette
