Hello Everyone
We hope you have all enjoyed a happy and healthy week. Trust like ourselves, finding it hard to believe that February is almost to a close.
I have just come home from a lovely lunch with some old school friends. Gosh, we are going back some years now. However, we all manage to have a good laugh about some of the funny things we remember from those days. We catch up every few months. They are people I went to primary and high school with in Toowoomba. It all happened through good old Facebook, and we are getting more enquiries as we continue to promote the group. Those school days were the day's folks. I really loved them, and I was one of the first intakes to Mt Lofty High in Toowoomba. I have passed in recent years and can't believe how the school has grown. Only a few hundred students were studying commercial when we commenced. We travelled by bus down to the old High school on the corner of Margaret and Hume Streets for sport. Fond memories and those fun days are always in the discussion at our lunches. I always look forward to our next get together.
A few weeks back, I spoke about the children returning to school. Well, yesterday we farewelled our second grandson Will off to Qld University. He is following in the footsteps of his father and his brother Jack in the Law faculty. He has added economics, a subject he has loved in high school. A long six years in front of him, but I'm sure he will mix a lot of fun and good times to break up the hours of study. In fact, he came home from O week on the weekend with a big smile. So yes, the fun and good times have already started.
Around Christmas time, I told you how Will had taken a job emptying shipping containers. He is still fitting this in when time permits, but he has now introduced student tutoring into his work time. He has six slots and loves spending time with these boys. His motto to them is "I am looking for results", so please pay attention. His Dad was just telling me over the weekend how some of the parents have acknowledged how prepared he is when he arrives at their homes.
Both Jack and Will loved their high school. They are back there coaching Debating and cricket at the moment, and I know they will be helping out with other sports throughout the year.
John and I are waiting to see where we fit into the vaccination programme for Covid. Mum, who is in care in Toowoomba, is getting her first vaccination over the weekend. Interesting times ahead, but it is so great to have the vaccine so close. Let's hope we start to see worldwide numbers begin to drop. There has been enough suffering and heartache in so many countries.
To finish this week, just a quick word on our current March brochure. It highlights our new Face masque. This is a new product to our effective Ultra Care Platinum Range. The company has marketed it as Empowering your skin. Having already used it many times, I can certainly recommend it to all of you. Easy to use, and your results will be evident after the first use. With it at the introductory price, it makes it even more appealing. Check out this amazing before and after from our very own Annie Spinks with just one use.
Here is the a little info on how it works it's magic:
This thick, velvety cream masque is formulated with Peruvian Nut Peptides and Marine Bio Extracts to improve skin firmness, reduce sagging and regain elasticity, whilst reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. A special Water Reserve Complex moisturises the skin beneath the surface, giving an instant plumping and tightening effect. Facial contours are left redefined with a natural V-shape effect.
Love how Louise Hay always seems to have just the right message for the day, so I leave you today with her message; - "I release all stress by expressing gratitude."
Until next week take care and stay safe.
Cheers Annette
